By using cuticle oil daily, you increase circulation around the nails which then stimulates nail growth and also creates a protective barrier.
Cuticles that are exposed to excessive cold, sun, chlorine, or salty or soapy water can become chapped, cracked, and dry. In these cases of extreme dryness and damage, cuticle oil can help moisturize your cuticle and nail, restoring it to health.

Refund/returns Policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and on the original packaging.
To start a return, please emails sales@twenty-one.org if your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send this back. Please note all shipping costs will be covered by you and not by us.
Damages
Please inspect your order within 48 hours of receiving this, if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, this allows us to evaluate and make this right.
If a product is found to be used, no refund will be given as this cannot be resold due to cross contamination.
Refunds
If your refund is approved after inspection, we will let you know if your refund as been accepted or not, If approved, the refund will automatically be processed. Please remember that when the refund is issued, allow time for the banks to process this.
Postal Issues
Once a parcel has been posted, it then goes out of my control. I will assist where I can with the package, however, if this needs reporting to the postal service, I have to abide by their policies and times scales.
Finally, I am one person running the brand, making the oils, packing, marketing and posting, please allow me time as I am also a nail tech and work 6 day week.
